Refund policy
The short version
If you are within fourteen days of your purchase, you can withdraw from the contract and get your money back — no reason needed. This is your statutory right, not a special offer from us.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. We do not ask you to waive this right in order to get immediate access to a course.
The quickest way is our withdrawal form — you need nothing but the email address you bought with. Writing to us works just as well. The formal notice, including the model withdrawal form, is in our withdrawal policy. When you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you within fourteen days, using the same payment method you used to buy.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
After the withdrawal period
Once the fourteen days have passed we are not obliged to refund a purchase. If
something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, you bought the wrong course,
or the course is not what we described — write to us anyway at
[email protected]. We would rather sort it out than have you
stuck with something you cannot use.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method used for the purchase, through our payment provider Stripe. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us. When a purchase is refunded, access to the paid course ends and your account falls back to the free scope; your progress is kept.
